Physician Passive Investing (“we”) is an educational initiative affiliated with Headway Capital Investments (“Headway”). We are based in Houston, Texas. You can reach us about this policy through our contact page.

Information you give us: name, email address, optional phone number, optional medical specialty, your messages, and answers to the optional investor priorities survey (which may include goals, interests, timing, a potential investment range and communication preferences).

Consent records: the wording you agreed to, when, and from which page.

Technical and marketing data: if analytics is enabled, aggregate usage data such as pages viewed and general device and location information. We do not send names, emails or survey answers to analytics tools. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may record its UTM parameters.

We use service providers that process information on our behalf, such as customer relationship management and email (GoHighLevel), website hosting and analytics.

If you ask for an introduction to the Headway team, or agree on a form that your information may be shared with Headway, we share it with Headway so they can respond.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising by other companies.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You may also contact us to ask about, correct or delete your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, use our contact page and say that it is a privacy request. We may need to confirm your identity, and we aim to respond within 45 days.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. We generally keep contact and consent records while you are subscribed or in touch with us and for up to three years after your last interaction, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. We will delete information sooner when you ask us to and we are able to.
